Getting started
I just installed the extension. What now?
Pin Spottable in your toolbar, open a Facebook Marketplace listing, tap the extension icon, then log in with your Spottable account. Your first login grants 3 free AI credits to test analysis immediately.
Why can I not find the extension icon on some pages?
That is usually because it is not pinned. Click the puzzle-piece Extensions icon in Chrome, select Manage Extensions, and pin Spottable to your toolbar. You may need to refresh Marketplace after pinning.
How do I know if I am in the right browser profile?
Install and log in from the same Chrome profile you browse Marketplace with. Multi-profile setups can make login state and page access look inconsistent.
Troubleshooting
I installed it but I still can’t see scores on Marketplace.
Try a hard refresh on the listing (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+R), then click refresh inside the extension. If it still fails, open a different listing, check that extension access is allowed, and disable/re-enable Spottable from chrome://extensions.
I keep seeing “Not logged in” after entering credentials.
Log in from the extension panel again, then make sure any third-party cookie blockers or anti-tracking extensions are not blocking the authentication popup. In some cases, turning tracking protection off for this extension fixes the issue.
Can’t pin the extension or install button is missing.
Use an up-to-date Chrome version and visit the listing directly from Chrome (not an embedded web view). If the button is still missing, remove and reinstall from the store in the same profile.
The extension worked before, then stopped.
Update to the latest Chrome version, reopen the extension popup, and sign in again. If needed, clear extension cache by removing and reinstalling, then sign in with the same account.

How do I log into Spottable after install?
Open any listing, click the Spottable icon, and choose Log in. The first successful login from Chrome unlocks extension usage tied to your account and applies your existing plan.
How do I check my AI credits?
Open the extension panel and go to account credits, or visit your Dashboard for detailed credit and usage history.
How do I add credit to my account?
Tap “Buy credits” from the dashboard, choose your pack, and complete checkout. Credit packs are available in the web flow and are shared with your Chrome usage.
Where do my credits apply?
Credits apply in Chrome today and will also apply in iOS on the same account when it launches.
